Q: I forgot my password. Can I change it online?

A: If you have logged in to your account previously, you can use the "I forgot my password" link on the main page. It will prompt you to provide the answers to your security questions, then you will receive a temporary password in your email.

Q : I am being asked for a PIN number. What is a PIN number?

A : If you are attempting to self-register for a physician office portal account, you would have received paperwork from your physician's office that included your PIN. If you have not received a PIN number, please contact your physician's office.

Q : Can I change my email address?

A : If you change your email, you must contact your physician's office to receive the information to update your registration to your new email address.
